Support Group Meetings

A compassionate, safe space for individuals to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences of loss. These gatherings offer emotional support, shared understanding, and the opportunity to process grief in a group setting. Led by trained facilitators, the meetings focus on fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging healing through open discussion and empathy. Whether you're newly grieving or further along in your journey, these meetings offer ongoing support and connection in a non-judgmental environment.

Art Healing Workshops

The use of creative expression as a therapeutic tool to help individuals process and release emotions tied to grief. In these workshops, participants are encouraged to explore different art forms—painting, drawing, sculpture, or collage—as a means of reflecting on their feelings and experiences. No prior artistic skill is required; the focus is on personal expression and emotional release in a supportive, non-judgmental space. These workshops provide a gentle, cathartic way to explore grief and begin the healing process through creativity. 

Grief & Healing Seminars

These seminars offer expert-led guidance on navigating the complex emotions of loss and finding ways to heal. These seminars cover a range of topics, from understanding the stages of grief to practical coping strategies and self-care techniques. Participants will leave with valuable insights and tools to support their healing journey, as well as a deeper understanding of the emotional and physical aspects of grief. These seminars provide both education and empowerment, helping individuals take proactive steps toward healing.

Pop-Up Community Events

 Pop-Up Community Events are an opportunity for us to give back to communities. These events are designed to bring together individuals and families in local, accessible spaces to connect, remember, and heal in the midst of grief. These events include a variety of activities such as remembrance ceremonies, support circles, mindfulness practices, and creative workshops, all centered around healing and community support. Each event is thoughtfully crafted to foster a sense of solidarity and provide a moment of respite for those dealing with loss.
